Speed Monitoring exercise request within the 3 villages the Parish Council serves  Update from the Clerk

Update on sightings of Rats around Sycamore Farm. West Lutton  – Michelle Whitfield from NYC attending meeting and will give an update of any progress made in trying to contact owners of the land where the rats have been sighted.  (item 17)

Decision on which community groups have been successful in bid to own recently purchased equipment bought with community  (barbecue, grills and marquee) all application paperwork sent to councillors for consideration.

Outstanding Grant Money – suggestions for how it could be spent.

Any updates on future of village pub in West Lutton.

Update on Internet banking from the Clerk.

Update on Village Plan.

School Hall site update.  Andrew Dixon, Strategic Planning Manager for Education and Skills at North Yorkshire Council will come along to give the council an update on the situation with the school and hall.

Community Link Officer Michelle Whitfield to talk to the council about the work she does and any help and advice she is able to give the local communities which the parish council serves.

To notify the clerk of matters for inclusion on the agenda of the next meeting.

To confirm the date and venue of the next meeting as 23 November 2023 and to confirm the date for the January 2024 meeting.
