Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting – 12th Feb 2025

An Extraordinary Parish Council meeting is to be held at Kirby Grindalythe Village Hall on Wednesday 12th February at 7pm.

The items to be discussed are two planning applications that have been received:

• ZE24/01627/MFUL – Mr Tom Silversides (LGSF Ltd.) – Westfield Works, Main Road, Helperthorpe, Malton, YO17 8TQ.

Extension to rear (North) of the existing industrial manufacturing unit and associated works

• ZE24/09986/FUL – Iain Hurst – Cross Thorns Farm Pasture Road Weaverthorpe, North Yorkshire YO17 8BW.

Change of use and conversion of disused agricultural barns to form 4 holiday lets with associated landscaping and parking

This meeting is open to everyone.  Members of the public will be allowed to speak during the meeting at the chairman’s discretion.
