Luttons Parish Council is seeking to appoint a Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO).

The job of Clerk and RFO is a part-time role (5 hours a week) ideal for someone organised, motivated, and community-minded.
The Clerk is the council’s principal administrator and adviser, responsible for managing council business, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring the smooth running of meetings. As RFO, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the council’s finances in line with legal requirements.
This is a home-based role with flexible hours and attendance at bi-monthly evening meetings.
